Rhonda is a financial professional specializing in the nonqualified benefits plan market.  Building on over 35 years of experience in the executive benefits industry, her goal is to help her corporate clients recruit and retain outstanding talent. Guided by her passion for identifying opportunities and solving problems, Rhonda provides consulting services in the areas of plan design and benchmarking, informal funding, participant communication and education, administrative recordkeeper search, and plan audits. 

Her tenure and comprehensive experience in the nonqualified benefits industry gives her a unique perspective to bring unbiased, creative solutions to each opportunity.

 

Rhonda is active in her church and community supporting various ministries aiding the less fortunate including H.O.P.E (Helpers of People Enslaved), Martha’s Cupboard, and various veteran organizations. She pays it forward by sharing her knowledge and experience in mentoring programs and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. Rhonda and her husband John have 4 daughters and 5 grandchildren. They love to travel, and you will most likely find them close to water or sitting around a campfire.
